Justin Bieber made the dream of a girl come true this week - and was not the girlfriend Selena Gomez!

Justin took time out of your day to spend time with mega fan Avalanna Routh, a Belieber six years of age suffering from atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumors, an incurable form of rare cancer.

Last year some friends threw a wedding Avalanna feigned for her, so she could marry Justin Bieber - and last week a Facebook page was created to help your really know your husband imagined.

It was not long before Justin Avalanna heard of, and within a few hours Scooter Braun Avalanna and his family on a plane and flew to New York to meet with the Biebs!

Justin tweeted, "Living with a special girl. # MrsBieber"

He added, "that was one of the best things I've done. That was awesome! Feeling really inspired now! # MrsBieber"

"I have some really great ideas from today giveback forms of # -. # MrsBieber really really inspired me.".
