Bieber Online Poser Arrested In Infant Research Attract

Ontario man posing as Justin Bieber on Facebook, which police believe had contact with many children online, has been arrested in connection with an investigation attracting children in Canada and the U.S.

The man is accused of having "pulled a girl of 12 years, through Facebook, pretending to be Justin Bieber," according to the Toronto Police Service Sex Crimes Unit.

According to a police statement released Wednesday, the man ", threatened the victim several times to draw her to perform sexual acts on his webcam.

"The girl obeyed, and when he finally stopped communication, the man said he posted the videos to a pornographic website," she says.

The police statement said the man used several fake Facebook profile under the name of Lee O'Neel, Justy.beber1 and Yodayoda001.

The incidents were investigated by U.S. authorities and led to the discovery of man.

"With the help of the Ontario Provincial Police, Project P (Child Exploitation Section), the Toronto Police Service Sex Crimes Unit (Child Exploitation Section) continued the investigation and identified the man," said police.

arrest was made after the man was allegedly trying to meet an undercover agent posing as a 14-year-old in Toronto.

Police arrested Lee Moir, 34, of Toronto, on Wednesday. He is charged with three counts of enticing a child under 16 years, manufacturing and possession of child pornography, extortion and invitation to sexual touching.

The charges have not yet been tested in court.
