TMZ.com, which first reported the incident, said Bieber was released with a warning after promising to drive more carefully.
Bieber was arrested and let go with a warning in October, the site said, after cutting a California Highway Patrol officer while driving in a convoy of three cars with friends in a black Range Rover and Rolls-Royce.

Bieber himself was driving the Rolls-Royce, owned by his friend, singer Sean Kingston, South Beach, Miami, July 29, when the cops shot it. HollywoodLife.com witnesses said police were simply curious about what appeared to be a very young person driving a new car exceptionally high.
